• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors

• Encouraging or facilitating sexual interaction with children

• Attempting to distribute, store, access, or trade CSAM

Violations result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities, where legally required.

3. In-App Reporting and User Feedback Mechanism

Navura provides an in-app reporting and feedback system that allows users to:

• Report inappropriate or abusive content

• Flag suspected CSAE or CSAM

• Submit safety concerns or general feedback

Reporting tools are accessible from content pages, user profiles, and app settings. All reports are reviewed promptly by the moderation team.

4. Detection, Review, and Action on CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity, Navura takes immediate action, including:

• Removal of offending content

• Suspension or permanent termination of involved accounts

• Preservation of relevant data for legal purposes

• Escalation to law enforcement or relevant authorities

Actions are taken in accordance with published standards and applicable laws.

5. Legal Compliance and Mandatory Reporting

Navura complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where legally required, confirmed CSAM is reported to:

• The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), or

• The appropriate regional or national authority, depending on jurisdiction

Navura maintains internal procedures for lawful reporting and cooperation with authorities.

Navura employs multiple safeguards, including:

7. Age Restriction and Eligibility

• Navura is intended for users 13 years of age or older, or the minimum age required by local law.

Accounts found to belong to underage users may be suspended or removed.

9. Account Misrepresentation

Misrepresentation of age or identity to bypass restrictions is a violation of Navura’s policies and may result in account suspension or termination.

Navura collects only the information necessary to operate the app, such as:
